EVERY order defaults to the "NO SHIPPING - Additional Purchase/Hold Order" option upon checkout. Shipping options need to be properly selected at checkout (either from the shop, or the shipping prompts while checking out) to make sure your order is shipped accordingly. Your order WILL NOT be shipped if an option is not chosen and paid for.
